The main specific of this demo product is using integration of Product Option Image Ultimate to Related Options PRO - images are assigned directly to combinations of related options on the product edit page tab "Related Options PRO" (Related Options PRO is our another extension, it is not included into Product Option Image Ultimate and should be purchased separately).

Combinations of options White+32C and Gray+32E are set as unavailable using Related Options PRO (thus the module does not allow to select them).
